How to Book an FBO Pickup
Book online or call (314) 410-0774 with the aircraft tail number, the FBO, your arrival or departure time, the passenger's name and cell phone number, and a booking contact, often you or your flight coordinator. You'll receive a confirmation with your vehicle details, and about 48 hours before pickup we text a secure payment link.
On the day of travel we follow your aircraft by tail number. If your departure slips or you land early, your chauffeur adjusts. If plans change, call or text and we'll rework the pickup.
Every ride includes a clean, late-model luxury vehicle, a licensed and background-checked chauffeur, and a flat rate confirmed before you book. A $25 after-hours fee applies to rides between 10 PM and 5 AM.

How much is car service from Spirit of St. Louis or an FBO?
Every ride is a flat rate based on your pickup and drop-off, confirmed before you book. Sedans start at $110 and SUVs at $125. Enter your address on our booking page to see your exact rate.
What vehicles are available for private aviation clients?
Choose a Cadillac CT5 sedan, a Chevrolet Suburban, Ford Expedition or GMC Yukon SUV, or a Mercedes Sprinter van for groups and crews of up to 13. A Cadillac Escalade is available on request.
Which vehicle should I book for passengers with luggage?
A sedan fits one or two travelers with standard luggage. For three or more passengers, or three or more large checked bags, please book an SUV. Larger groups and crews ride together in a Sprinter van.
How do I pay for an FBO transfer?
About 48 hours before pickup, we text a secure payment link to the cell number on your reservation. Your flat rate is confirmed before you book, and gratuity is not included.
Do you serve late-night and early-morning private flights?
Yes. We drive 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including early departures and late arrivals. A $25 after-hours fee applies to rides between 10 PM and 5 AM.
